Invitation letters are issued exclusively to registered participants and are prepared in accordance with standard immigration documentation practices. Whether you are traveling from within Africa, the diaspora, or another part of the world, our team processes these requests promptly to ensure you have ample time to complete your travel arrangements.
Please be aware that while the conference invitation letter is a legitimate and recognized form of supporting documentation, it does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body. Applicants are solely responsible for meeting all visa requirements set by the appropriate embassy or consulate.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
