Upon request, registered participants of the 38th International Conference on African Business and Technology may receive an official invitation letter confirming their acceptance and participation status. This letter is issued by the conference secretariat and includes key details such as the event dates, venue in Brampton, Canada, and the participant’s confirmed role — whether as a presenter, co-author, or delegate.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within five business days of completing a verified registration and, where applicable, confirming an accepted submission. Participants requiring the letter for institutional travel approval, grant applications, or conference reporting purposes should submit their request through the official registration portal, ensuring that all personal and institutional details are accurate before submission.
Please note that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization to Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the Government of Canada and its designated immigration authorities. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.

All submitted manuscripts and abstracts to the 38th International Conference on African Business and Technology undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each submission evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
