Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates who require documentation to support their travel arrangements may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter confirms your accepted participation status and provides key event details, including dates, venue, and the nature of the conference, to assist you in completing visa or institutional travel approval processes.
To initiate your invitation letter request, you must first complete your conference registration and, where applicable, receive notification of paper acceptance. The secretariat will process requests in the order they are received and will issue letters electronically within a reasonable timeframe. Delegates are strongly advised to submit their requests well in advance of any visa application deadlines.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee, assurance, or endorsement of visa approval by any government authority or embassy. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and delegates are solely responsible for meeting all entry requirements applicable to their nationality.

Call for Papers – 36th International Conference on African Business and Technology
The 36th edition invites scholars, practitioners, and innovators to submit original, previously unpublished work that advances knowledge at the crossroads of African commerce and emerging technology. Submissions that challenge conventional frameworks, present empirical evidence, or propose actionable policy solutions are especially encouraged.
Accepted work will be published in the official conference proceedings and presented during the event in Mississauga, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
