To receive an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their registration and, where applicable, secure acceptance of their submitted paper or abstract. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and letters are generally dispatched within five to seven business days of a complete and verified registration record. Attendees are advised to initiate this process well in advance of any visa application deadlines imposed by Canadian immigration authorities.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by Canadian immigration or any other relevant government body. The decision to grant entry rests solely with the appropriate immigration authorities, and delegates are responsible for fulfilling all requirements of their individual visa applications independently.
