Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal after completing your registration and, where relevant, after receiving notification of paper acceptance. Invitation letters are typically processed and delivered electronically within five to seven business days of a completed request.
While the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to attendees, it is important to note that the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the relevant consular authorities.
