Please note that while the conference organizing committee is committed to supporting your travel preparations by providing official documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government or immigration authority. All visa applications remain entirely subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant embassy or consulate, and attendees are solely responsible for initiating their applications in a timely manner.

- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
