Invitation Letter Support
To support the travel planning needs of registered delegates, the organizing committee of the 43rd International Conference on Business Management is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon successful registration and payment confirmation. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include key details such as the delegate’s name, registration status, conference dates, and the Richmond Hill venue — providing the documentation commonly requested by embassies and travel authorities.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal after completing the registration process. The organizing secretariat aims to dispatch letters within five to seven business days of receiving a completed request, and delegates are encouraged to apply well ahead of any visa or travel application deadlines to allow adequate processing time at the respective consulate or embassy.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration and consular bodies of the destination country, and the conference organizers bear no responsibility for outcomes related to visa applications or travel clearance.
