Invitation Letter Support

ICBM 2027 recognizes that many delegates travel internationally to attend, and we are pleased to provide formal invitation letters to registered participants upon request. These letters are prepared on official conference letterhead and include your registration details, the event dates, and the Toronto venue information to assist consular officers in processing your application efficiently.

To request an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their conference registration and payment. The secretariat typically issues letters within three to five business days of a confirmed registration, and requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate processing time before visa application deadlines.

It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by ICBM 2027 is a supporting document intended solely to facilitate your visa application process. The issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval, as all immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate of Canada and are subject to that authority’s independent assessment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
  • Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
  • After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
  • Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
  • Invitation letter will not be provided for the Domestic Listener (Early Bird) ticket category.
