Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 39th International Conference on Business Management may formally request an official invitation letter to support travel arrangements and institutional leave applications. This letter is issued by the conference secretariat and confirms your accepted role as a presenter, co-author, or delegate at the Richmond Hill event.
To receive your invitation letter, you must first complete a valid conference registration and, where applicable, have an accepted abstract or paper on record. Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days of submission, and the letter will be delivered directly to the email address provided during registration.
Please note that while the conference secretariat will make every effort to provide timely and accurate documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa-related decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Submissions must be written in English.
