These letters are issued promptly upon confirmation of registration and, where applicable, acceptance of a submitted paper or presentation proposal.
Invitation letters are personalized with the delegate’s full name, institutional affiliation, conference dates, and the Mississauga venue details. They are issued on official conference letterhead and may be requested directly through the registration portal or by contacting the conference secretariat, with typical processing completed within three to five business days of a verified registration.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to supporting your participation with thorough and accurate documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa applications remain subject to the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate their visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
