Upon successful registration, participants may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel arrangements and institutional approval processes. To initiate your invitation letter request, please complete the designated form in your registration portal and allow up to five business days for processing. The secretariat issues letters exclusively to individuals who have completed payment of the applicable registration fee, and the document will be issued on official conference letterhead bearing an authorized signature.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada.
