To obtain an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, have their paper accepted through the peer review process. The secretariat typically processes letter requests within five business days of receiving a completed application, and letters are issued on official conference letterhead bearing the organizing committee’s credentials.

While the ICITCS 2027 Organizing Committee is pleased to provide invitation letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and attendees are strongly advised to apply well in advance and consult the official Government of Canada immigration portal for accurate requirements.
