This letter is issued exclusively to individuals who have completed conference registration or received notification of paper acceptance, and it confirms your formal participation in ICITCS 2027 in Richmond Hill, Canada.
To request an invitation letter, participants should submit their full legal name as it appears on their passport, their institutional affiliation, and their registration or acceptance confirmation number through the designated request form on the conference website. The organizing committee aims to process and dispatch invitation letters within five to seven business days of receiving a complete request.
It is important to understand that the invitation letter issued by the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee is provided solely to facilitate the visa application process and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.
