These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, have had their submitted work accepted following peer review.
To request an invitation letter, participants should submit their request through the designated portal on the conference website, including their full name as it appears on their travel document, institutional affiliation, and registration confirmation number. The secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly; however, applicants are encouraged to initiate the process well in advance of any institutional or embassy deadlines to avoid delays.
Please note that an invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee serves solely as confirmation of your registration and participation intent. It does not constitute a guarantee, promise, or endorsement of visa approval, and all visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada. Applicants are solely responsible for satisfying all entry requirements and are advised to consult the appropriate embassy or consulate for guidance on their specific circumstances.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Submission Guidelines
