Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing conference registration, accepted authors and confirmed attendees may request an official invitation letter from the organizing committee to support their travel arrangements. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and includes your name, affiliation, paper title if applicable, and the confirmed event dates and venue in Brampton, Canada.
Invitation letters are processed within five to seven business days of a verified registration and full payment confirmation. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, accompanied by your registration receipt and a copy of valid identification; the organizing team will communicate directly with you regarding any additional documentation requirements.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa applications remain entirely subject to the independent assessment and final decision of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and attendees are strongly advised to apply well in advance of the conference dates.

Every manuscript submitted to ICSCCE 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent domain experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee, ensuring impartial and technically substantive evaluation.
