Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates of the 34th International Conference on Supply Chain Management may request an official invitation letter from the organizing committee to support their travel arrangements and institutional approval processes. These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed registration and, where applicable, had their paper submission acknowledged by the program committee.
The invitation letter will confirm your participation status, the conference dates, and the Vaughan venue, providing the documentation typically required by employers, funding bodies, or travel offices to authorize attendance at an international academic event. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and delegates are advised to apply well in advance to accommodate institutional and embassy processing timelines.
Please be aware that while the organizing committee is pleased to facilitate the invitation letter process as a courtesy to registered attendees, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee, imply, or influence visa approval in any jurisdiction. All visa and entry decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet Canada’s entry requirements.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 34th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Blockchain for supply chain traceability, Digital twin modeling for supply networks or Multi-tier supplier relationship management.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every manuscript submitted to the 34th ICSCM undergoes a double-blind peer review process, evaluated by referees selected for their domain expertise in supply chain management and related disciplines.
