Invitation Letter Support

The organizing committee of the 34th International Conference on Economics is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants who require documentation for travel or institutional approval purposes. These letters confirm your accepted role at the conference—whether as a presenter, panelist, or registered delegate—and include relevant event details such as the dates, location in Mississauga, Canada, and the nature of your participation.

To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive notification of paper or abstract acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal along with your full name, institutional affiliation, passport details, and mailing address. The secretariat aims to process and dispatch invitation letters within five to seven business days of receiving a complete request.

Please note that while the conference secretariat is happy to provide official invitation documentation to support your travel preparations, the issuance of an invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by the relevant immigration authorities. All visa and travel documentation decisions rest solely with the government and consular offices of Canada, and attendees are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.
