Invitation Letter Support
To support your participation in the 33rd International Conference on Business Management in Toronto, Canada, the organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered delegates upon request. These letters are intended to assist attendees in securing institutional support, travel funding, or administrative approvals required by their home organizations or universities.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the conference registration process and, where applicable, have had their paper submission accepted. Requests should be submitted through the official registration portal, and letters will typically be dispatched within five to seven business days of a completed request, containing the delegate’s name, affiliation, registration reference, and conference details.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not, under any circumstances, constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa applications are entirely subject to the policies and discretionary authority of the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are solely responsible for initiating their visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
