- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support international participants in making necessary travel arrangements, the 26th ICITCS conference secretariat can issue official invitation letters to authors and registered attendees upon request. These letters confirm your participation status, the conference dates, and the Markham venue, and are intended to assist with institutional leave approvals, funding applications, and travel logistics planning.
To request an invitation letter, participants must have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, received notification of paper acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal with accurate personal and institutional details, as the secretariat will issue the letter based solely on the information provided by the applicant.
Please note that an invitation letter issued by the 26th ICITCS is a document of participation confirmation only and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa applications are subject exclusively to the policies and decisions of the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to begin the visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 26th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Quantum computing architectures, Distributed ledger and blockchain technologies or Computer vision and image recognition.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to the 26th ICITCS undergoes a double-blind peer review process, with each paper evaluated by reviewers in the field. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s scope before final acceptance decisions are made.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the Best Paper Award will receive a certificate of excellence co-signed by the conference chairs, along with prominent recognition in the published conference proceedings and across all official ICITCS 2027 digital and print communications.
- Winning authors will be invited to submit an expanded version of their recognized paper to a partner journal affiliated with the conference, providing an accelerated pathway to broader academic publication and sustained visibility within the global information technology and computer science research community.
