To request an invitation letter, participants must have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, received notification of paper acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal with accurate personal and institutional details, as the secretariat will issue the letter based solely on the information provided by the applicant.
Please note that an invitation letter issued by the 26th ICITCS is a document of participation confirmation only and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to the 26th ICITCS undergoes a double-blind peer review process, with each paper evaluated by a minimum of two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s scope before final acceptance decisions are made.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the Best Paper Award will receive an officially engraved certificate of excellence co-signed by the conference chairs, along with prominent recognition in the published conference proceedings and across all official ICITCS 2027 digital and print communications.
- Winning authors will be invited to submit an expanded version of their recognized paper to a partner journal affiliated with the conference, providing an accelerated pathway to broader academic publication and sustained visibility within the global information technology and computer science research community.
