Invitation letters are typically issued within five business days of receiving a completed registration and payment confirmation. Attendees requiring letters for institutional reimbursement, grant applications, or travel authorization purposes should submit their request through the official conference portal, ensuring that all personal and institutional details are accurate prior to submission.
Please be aware that while the conference secretariat is committed to providing thorough and timely documentation to assist your travel preparations, the issuance of an official invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the Government of Canada and its designated immigration bodies, and all applicants are advised to apply through official channels well in advance of the conference dates.

Researchers and thought leaders are invited to submit their original work to the 30th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology, where diverse scholarly perspectives converge to advance understanding of the African world. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
