Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support attendees in their travel preparation. These letters are issued on official conference letterhead and contain key details such as the event dates, venue, and the registrant’s participation status, making them suitable for submission to employers, funding bodies, or travel planning authorities.
To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and receive confirmation of payment. The letter can then be requested through the official conference portal, and the secretariat endeavours to issue all letters promptly to ensure attendees have adequate time to manage their travel logistics before the Brampton event.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to providing accurate and complete invitation documentation, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa applications remain entirely subject to the policies and decisions of the relevant immigration authorities, and attendees are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa processes well in advance of the conference dates.

We warmly invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original contributions that interrogate, celebrate, and critically analyze the full spectrum of African cultural and sociological inquiry. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
