To initiate your invitation letter request, you must first complete your conference registration and receive payment confirmation. Once registration is verified, the secretariat will process and dispatch your letter in a timely manner, ensuring you have ample time to prepare and submit your visa application well ahead of the event.
Please be advised that while the organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered international delegates, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval.
