Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates of the 28th International Conference on Supply Chain Management may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements and visa applications. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your accepted participation, paper presentation status if applicable, and the event dates and venue in Mississauga, Canada.
To request your invitation letter, please complete your registration and payment in full, then submit a formal request through the conference secretariat portal. Letters are typically processed within five to seven business days and will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration. Delegates requiring expedited processing for urgent visa appointments should note this clearly in their request.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the 28th ICSCM Organizing Committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government bodies, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every submission to the 28th ICSCM undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by an international panel of subject-matter experts drawn from academia and industry.
