- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates of the 28th International Conference on Supply Chain Management may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements and visa applications. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your accepted participation, paper presentation status if applicable, and the event dates and venue in Mississauga, Canada.
To request your invitation letter, please complete your registration and payment in full, then submit a formal request through the conference secretariat portal. Letters are typically processed within three to five business days and will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the 28th ICSCM Organizing Committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government bodies, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their applications well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 28th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Circular economy and reverse logistics, Cold chain and pharmaceutical logistics or Supply chain finance and working capital.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission to the 28th ICSCM undergoes a double-blind peer review process conducted by reviewers in the field from academia and industry. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference themes, and the significance of their contribution to supply chain management scholarship.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
