Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 26th International Conference on Supply Chain Management may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements, visa applications, or institutional approval processes. This letter is issued upon confirmed registration and payment, and it formally acknowledges your accepted participation in the conference program held in Vaughan, Canada.
To receive your invitation letter, simply complete the registration process and submit a request through the conference secretariat. The letter will include key conference details such as the event title, dates, location, and your registration status, providing the documentation commonly required by embassies, universities, and employers when authorizing international travel.
Please note that while the organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support your visa application, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
