Invitation Letter Support
To support the attendance of accepted presenters and registered delegates who require documentation for travel purposes, the conference secretariat can issue official invitation letters upon request. These letters confirm your registration status, the dates and location of the event, and the nature of your participation, whether as a presenter, panelist, or attendee.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official registration portal after completing your conference enrollment and, where applicable, after receiving notification of paper acceptance. The secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly so that delegates have adequate time to complete their visa applications and travel arrangements.
Please be advised that an official invitation letter issued by the conference organizers serves solely as supporting documentation for your visa or travel authorization application and does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or entry into Canada. All visa decisions remain exclusively under the jurisdiction of the relevant immigration and border authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to apply well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
