- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

This letter confirms your acceptance as a registered participant or, for accepted authors, acknowledges your role as a contributing presenter, and includes essential event details such as dates, venue, and conference title to support your travel planning.
To request your invitation letter, please submit the required form through the official conference portal, ensuring that your registration payment has been fully processed and your submission status (if applicable) is confirmed. The secretariat aims to dispatch letters electronically within a reasonable processing window; attendees are encouraged to initiate requests well in advance of any applicable visa or travel authorization deadlines imposed by the relevant embassy or consulate.
It is important to understand that the invitation letter issued by ICMLAI 2027 serves solely as evidence of your intent to attend an academic conference and does not constitute an endorsement or sponsorship of your visa application in any legal sense. The conference organizing committee and its affiliated institutions bear no responsibility for visa outcomes, and issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval by Canadian immigration authorities or any other government body.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 24th International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
The organizing committee warmly invites original, unpublished research contributions from scholars and practitioners advancing the frontier of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Submissions that demonstrate methodological rigor, novel empirical findings, or substantive theoretical contributions across the following thematic areas are especially encouraged.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Oakville, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 24th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Large language model alignment and fine-tuning, Federated and privacy-preserving learning or Efficient inference and model compression.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICMLAI 2027 undergoes a double-blind peer review process, with each submission evaluated by reviewers in the field with relevant domain expertise. Reviewers assess originality, technical soundness, clarity of exposition, and significance of contribution before recommendations are consolidated by track chairs and communicated to authors.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the ICMLAI 2027 Best Paper Award will receive a certificate of distinction, with their work prominently featured in the conference’s official communications, social media highlights, and post-event press coverage to maximize visibility within the global AI research community
- Best Paper honorees will be extended a personal invitation to submit an expanded, journal-length version of their recognized work to a designated partner publication affiliated with the conference, receiving expedited editorial review as an additional mark of the distinction conferred by this award
