Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation letters are processed exclusively for individuals who have secured a confirmed registration, ensuring that each letter accurately reflects a genuine participant. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters within three to five business days of a completed request; if you face an imminent visa application deadline, please indicate this urgency when submitting your request so that the team can prioritize accordingly.
It is important to understand that an official invitation letter from ICMLAI 2027 is a supporting document intended to facilitate your visa application process and does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or entry permit. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration and consular authorities of Canada, and the conference organizers have no influence over those determinations. Applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every submission to ICMLAI 2027 undergoes a double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by reviewers in the field who are active researchers in the relevant subfield. Review criteria encompass technical soundness, novelty of contribution, clarity of exposition, and significance of impact, with a meta-review stage employed to reconcile divergent assessments and uphold the integrity of acceptance decisions.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- The recipient of the ICMLAI 2027 Best Paper Award will receive a certificate of excellence, with the honored work prominently featured in the conference proceedings and highlighted across the conference’s official communication channels to maximize its visibility within the global AI research community.
- Authors of the Best Paper Award-winning submission will be extended a personal invitation to present an expanded version of their research as a featured keynote-style talk at the closing session session, and will additionally be fast-tracked for consideration in an expedited review process at a partnering high-impact journal in the machine learning and artificial intelligence domain.
