Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for the 22nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your acceptance status, registration details, presentation role where applicable, and the event dates and location in Markham, Canada — providing the documentation commonly required by embassies and consular offices when applying for a travel visa.
Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within five business days of a verified registration and full payment confirmation. Authors presenting accepted papers may additionally request a supplementary letter acknowledging their scholarly contribution to the conference program.
