Invitation Letter Support

To support international delegates requiring documentation for travel arrangements, the conference secretariat issues official invitation letters to all registered participants upon confirmation of full payment. These letters are prepared on official conference letterhead, include key event details, and are dispatched digitally within five business days of registration confirmation, with a signed hard copy available on request.

Invitation letters include the delegate’s full name, institutional affiliation, paper or participation status, conference dates, and the Toronto venue address. Delegates are advised to retain all correspondence, payment receipts, and registration confirmations, as these may be requested by consular officials to supplement the invitation documentation during a visa application.

It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission to Canada.
