Invitation Letter Support
ICITCS 2027 provides official invitation letters to registered participants who require supporting documentation for travel planning or institutional approval purposes. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, you may submit a formal request through the conference secretariat, and the letter will typically be issued within five business days.
The invitation letter will include your full name, affiliated institution, the conference title and edition number, the hosting city of Richmond Hill, Canada, and the scheduled conference dates. This document is intended solely to facilitate your participation in the academic program and may be used to support leave applications, travel reimbursement claims, or institutional reporting requirements.
Please be advised that the issuance of an invitation letter by the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICITCS 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers assess each submission on criteria including technical soundness, originality, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s core themes.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the ICITCS 2027 Best Paper Award will receive a formally engraved certificate of excellence and prominent recognition on the conference website, in the official proceedings, and across all post-event communications to the global research community.
- Winning authors will be invited to submit an extended and enhanced version of their awarded paper to a partner journal affiliated with the conference, providing an accelerated pathway to high-visibility publication within the information technology and computer science scholarly ecosystem.
