Upon successful registration for the 22nd International Conference on Human Resource Management, delegates may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter serves as formal documentation of your participation and is widely accepted by institutions, employers, and funding bodies as confirmation of your accepted role at a recognized international academic event.
Invitation letters are issued promptly following the completion of registration and, where applicable, the confirmation of paper acceptance. The letter will include your full name, the conference title, dates, and the Richmond Hill venue, providing all the essential details typically required for grant applications, institutional approvals, or travel authorization processes.
While the ICHRM 2027 secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support delegates’ travel preparation, it must be clearly understood that the issuance of this letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICHRM 2027 is evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each paper assessed independently by at least two expert reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers evaluate submissions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, relevance to human resource management scholarship, and clarity of argumentation before acceptance decisions are communicated to authors.
