These letters are issued exclusively to participants whose registration has been fully confirmed and whose payment has been successfully processed, ensuring the integrity of the conference attendance record.
The invitation letter details the conference name, dates, and location in Vaughan, Canada, and confirms the recipient’s role as a registered participant, presenter, or session chair. Delegates are encouraged to submit their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, as processing timelines vary significantly by country and consulate.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the ICIBM 2027 organizing committee does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa decisions rest entirely with the Canadian immigration authorities and relevant consular offices, and the conference assumes no responsibility for outcomes related to visa applications.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All submitted manuscripts are subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each paper evaluated by at least two independent members of the international scientific committee for originality, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field.
