Invitation Letter Support
To support the travel and institutional approval processes of international delegates, ICBM 2027 provides official invitation letters to registered participants upon request. These letters are issued on conference letterhead, confirm your acceptance as a presenter or attendee, and include relevant event details such as dates, venue, and your role at the conference. Requests can be submitted through the participant portal after completing registration and fee payment.
Invitation letters are intended to assist delegates in obtaining leave approvals from employers, securing funding from institutions, and facilitating administrative travel preparations. Each letter is personalized with the registrant’s full name, institutional affiliation, and paper title where applicable, ensuring it meets the documentary standards required by most universities, corporations, and funding bodies.
Please note that while ICBM 2027 is pleased to provide official invitation documentation to registered participants, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or grant any immigration privilege. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant consular and immigration authorities of Canada, and applicants are encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

The 25th ICBM invites original manuscripts, empirical studies, and conceptual papers that advance the science and practice of business management in an era of unprecedented complexity. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every manuscript submitted to ICBM 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
