- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support the travel and administrative requirements of international delegates, the organizing committee of the 20th International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability issues official invitation letters to all confirmed registered participants upon request. These letters are prepared on conference letterhead and include key event details such as dates, venue, and the delegate’s registration status, serving as formal documentation for institutional travel approvals, funding applications, and leave-of-absence requests.
Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: delegates must first complete their conference registration and payment, after which they may submit a request through the official conference portal with their full name, institutional affiliation, and passport details. Letters are typically processed and emailed within three to five business days.
It is important to note that while the conference’s invitation letter is an official document that may support a visa application to Canada, it does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions rest solely with the Canadian immigration authorities, and all delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the event, consulting official government resources and their nearest Canadian consulate or embassy for guidance on required documentation and processing timelines.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

The 20th edition invites scholars, practitioners, and interdisciplinary collaborators to submit original contributions that push the boundaries of what we know about entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability in a rapidly changing world. We welcome empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, case analyses, and practitioner reflections that offer fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities defining this decade.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Brampton, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 20th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Green Entrepreneurship and Climate Innovation, Responsible Innovation and Sustainable Product Design or Impact Investing, Venture Capital, and Green Finance.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission received for the 20th International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability undergoes a double-blind peer review process conducted by reviewers with domain expertise relevant to each paper’s subject matter. The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the Best Paper Award at ICEIS 2027 will receive a certificate of excellence alongside a complimentary full registration to the following edition of the conference, recognizing their outstanding contribution to the field of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability
- Winning authors will be honored at the closing session and will receive priority invitation to submit an expanded version of their paper to a curated special issue in a partner academic journal, amplifying the reach and impact of their recognized research
