- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for ICMLAI 2027, you may formally request an official invitation letter to support your travel arrangements, conference visa applications, or institutional funding submissions. These letters are issued by the conference secretariat and confirm your accepted role, whether as a presenter or registered attendee, along with the event dates and location in Markham, Canada.
To process your invitation letter request promptly, please ensure that your registration is fully confirmed and that any associated fees have been settled. Requests should be submitted through the designated form on the official conference portal, and letters are typically dispatched within three to five business days. Authors of accepted papers should also include their paper ID when making the request to enable accurate documentation.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by ICMLAI 2027 does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration body of the destination country, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient processing time.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 20th International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research contributions that advance knowledge across the full spectrum of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The 20th edition particularly welcomes bold, interdisciplinary work that challenges existing paradigms and opens new avenues for intelligent systems research.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 20th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Natural Language Processing and Generative Language Models, Responsible AI and Algorithmic Fairness or AI Ethics, Governance, and Societal Impact.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
