Invitation Letter Support
ICMLAI 2027 is pleased to support international participants by issuing official invitation letters upon request. These letters are prepared by the conference secretariat and serve as formal documentation of your acceptance and registration status, helping you present your travel purpose to consular offices and institutional travel coordinators.
To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, have an accepted paper or confirmed participation role. The secretariat endeavors to process all letter requests promptly so that applicants have sufficient time to complete their visa or travel authorization procedures well before the event.
Please note that while the ICMLAI 2027 organizing committee is committed to facilitating your participation as fully as possible, the issuance of an official invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and immigration decisions rest exclusively with the Government of Canada and its authorized immigration authorities, and applicants are encouraged to begin their applications early and consult official government resources.
