Invitation Letter Support
To support international participants in planning their travel to Burlington, the organizing committee is pleased to issue official invitation letters to registered delegates upon request. These letters are prepared on conference letterhead and confirm your acceptance status, registration details, and the official dates and venue of the 20th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed registration and, where applicable, have had their abstract or full paper accepted by the program committee. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, institutional affiliation, and passport information as required by Canadian entry requirements.
Please note that while the organizing committee is committed to facilitating your attendance by providing this documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and travel authorization decisions rest solely with the relevant Canadian immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to apply for any required permits well in advance of the conference dates.

Call for Papers – 20th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering
Researchers, practitioners, and educators are warmly invited to submit original contributions that push the boundaries of civil and architectural engineering knowledge for the 2027 Burlington edition. Submissions spanning theoretical studies, experimental investigations, computational analyses, and applied case studies are equally welcomed by the program committee.
Accepted work will be published in the official conference proceedings and presented during the event in Burlington, Canada.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every manuscript submitted to the 20th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee, ensuring evaluations are both impartial and technically authoritative. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference themes, and the clarity with which findings are communicated.
