Invitation letters are tailored to include your name, affiliation, registration reference, and the conference dates — details frequently required by embassies and consular offices when processing travel documentation. Requests must be submitted through the official conference portal, and participants are advised to apply for their travel documents well in advance, as processing timelines vary significantly between countries and consular offices.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizers does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by the relevant immigration authorities.
