These letters are issued upon successful completion of the registration process and full payment of the applicable conference fee, serving as formal documentation of your acceptance to attend the event in Burlington, Canada.
Invitation letters are tailored to include your name, affiliation, registration reference, and the conference dates, details frequently required by embassies and consular offices when processing travel documentation. Requests must be submitted through the official conference portal, and participants are advised to apply for their travel documents well in advance, as processing timelines vary significantly between countries and consular offices.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizers does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by the relevant immigration authorities. All visa decisions rest solely with the government and consular bodies of Canada, and applicants are solely responsible for ensuring their applications meet the requirements of the appropriate authorities.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering
Authors worldwide are encouraged to submit original, unpublished research contributions that push the boundaries of civil and architectural engineering knowledge. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Construction Engineering and Project Management, Building Information Modeling and Digital Design or Infrastructure Asset Management.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
