Invitation Letter Support
To support international delegates planning their travel to Toronto, the conference secretariat issues official invitation letters upon request following successful registration and payment confirmation. These letters are prepared on conference letterhead and include relevant event details, the delegate’s name, and their registration status, providing documentation that may assist with travel planning and institutional approval processes.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the conference portal after completing registration, with letters typically issued within five to seven business days. Delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any administrative or institutional deadlines, and the secretariat is available to address any specific formatting requirements your institution or travel office may have.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is provided solely as a professional courtesy to support your travel preparation and does not in any way guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa applications are subject to the sole authority and discretion of the relevant Canadian immigration and border services, and delegates are responsible for initiating their own applications through appropriate governmental channels.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every full paper and extended abstract submitted to this conference undergoes a double-blind peer review process, evaluated by at least two subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Review criteria encompass originality of contribution, methodological rigor, relevance to the conference themes, and quality of written presentation.
