Invitation letters are prepared specifically to support your travel planning and may be used to assist with leave applications, grant reporting, or other professional requirements. The letter will include your full name as registered, your paper title if applicable, and the official conference credentials needed for verification by your institution or sponsor.
Please note that while the ICITCS 2026 organizing committee is happy to provide this official documentation upon request, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Call for Papers – 20th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
ICITCS 2026 invites original, unpublished research contributions from scholars and practitioners across the full spectrum of information technology and computer science. - Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission to ICITCS 2026 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by a minimum of two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Review criteria encompass originality, technical soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s core themes in information technology and computer science.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
