Invitation letters are issued solely upon completion of the registration process and confirmation of your accepted submission or attendance. Participants are encouraged to request their letter promptly, as processing timelines may vary and certain supporting institutions require documentation well in advance of the event.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is glad to provide an official invitation letter as part of our support for attending delegates, this document does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and travel authorization decisions rest exclusively with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to consult the official Canadian government immigration resources for guidance.

Call for Papers – 19th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology
Researchers and scholars are warmly encouraged to submit original contributions that advance theoretical, empirical, or methodological knowledge in African culture and sociology. The scientific committee welcomes diverse perspectives that challenge, enrich, and expand the boundaries of African and diaspora scholarship.
Accepted work will be published in the official conference proceedings and presented during the event in Ajax, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to the 19th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology is subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. This process ensures that accepted works meet the highest standards of scholarly integrity, originality, and relevance to the field.
