- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing conference registration, participants may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference organising committee. This document is specifically designed to accompany visa applications and confirms the registrant’s acceptance and scheduled participation in the 16th International Conference on African Economics and Development in Ajax, Canada.
The invitation letter includes key details such as the participant’s full name, the conference name, location, and relevant dates. It is prepared and dispatched promptly following registration confirmation, giving applicants adequate time to submit their visa applications to the appropriate consulate or embassy.

Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on African Economics and Development
Scholars and practitioners are warmly invited to submit original contributions that advance the frontiers of knowledge in African economics and development. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example African Trade and Investment Policies, Public Finance and Fiscal Sustainability or Development Financing and Aid Effectiveness.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
