- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for travel or institutional purposes may request one through the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration. These letters are issued on official letterhead and include the conference title, dates, location in Mississauga, Canada, and the registrant’s role as a presenter or delegate, providing the documentation commonly required by universities, employers, or funding bodies.
To initiate the invitation letter process, attendees should ensure their registration payment is fully processed and then submit a formal request via the designated channel on the conference website, including any specific institutional language or addressee details required. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters promptly so that applicants have adequate time to meet institutional or consular deadlines.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is provided solely as administrative support for attendees and does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization to Canada; all visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are solely responsible for preparing complete and truthful applications to the appropriate consulate or embassy.

Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership
Scholars, practitioners, and experts are warmly invited to submit original contributions that interrogate, challenge, and expand current knowledge on women’s leadership and business participation across cultural and economic contexts. The 2026 Mississauga edition welcomes full papers and work-in-progress studies that engage closely with both theoretical frameworks and real-world application.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Mississauga, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Leadership Development for Women Professionals, Organizational Culture and Gender Inclusion or Women’s Economic Empowerment.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
