The invitation letter will include key conference details such as the event title, dates, venue location in Oakville, Canada, and the registrant’s name and professional affiliation. It is issued solely for the purpose of facilitating attendance at ICIBM 2026 and reflects the legitimacy of the delegate’s participation. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch these letters promptly, typically within five business days of a verified registration.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide an official invitation letter upon request, this document serves only as evidence of conference registration and is not a formal immigration instrument. The issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any governmental or consular authority, and all visa-related decisions rest exclusively with the relevant embassy or immigration office of Canada or the delegate’s destination country.
