Invitation Letter Support
Delegates who require an official invitation letter for institutional approval, travel grant applications, or administrative purposes may request one after completing their conference registration. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will confirm the delegate’s participation status, the dates of the event, and the Richmond Hill venue details, providing all the documentation typically required by universities and funding bodies.
To request your invitation letter, please ensure that your registration is fully completed and your payment has been processed, then submit your request through the designated section of the delegate portal. Our conference secretariat endeavours to dispatch invitation letters within three to five working days of receiving a complete request, and delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any institutional or travel-related deadlines.
Please note that while the conference organising committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities or any other government body. Visa applications remain subject to the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or border authority, and delegates are solely responsible for initiating and managing their own visa and travel document processes in a timely manner.
Before You Register
