The 14th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management invites scholars, practitioners, and experts to submit original contributions that push the frontier of knowledge in leadership theory, change management practice, and organizational transformation. We welcome empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, case analyses, and interdisciplinary explorations that speak to the urgent challenges reshaping how leaders guide people and institutions through change in 2027 and beyond.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Pickering, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 14th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Business Transformation and Renewal, Organizational Readiness and Change Capability or Change Communication and Employee Alignment.
