Upon successful registration and payment confirmation, attendees may formally request a personalized invitation letter directly from the organizing team, who will endeavor to issue the document promptly to facilitate timely visa and travel preparations.
Invitation letters are carefully prepared on official conference letterhead and include relevant details such as the participant’s name, affiliation, registration status, and conference particulars. Researchers and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit original, unpublished contributions that advance the frontiers of machine learning and artificial intelligence across theoretical, applied, and interdisciplinary domains. The 12th edition welcomes full papers, work-in-progress reports, and case studies that challenge existing paradigms and open new avenues for inquiry in Markham 2027.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 12th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Representation Learning and Data Modeling, MLOps, Model Monitoring, and Production AI or Privacy-Preserving, Secure, and Robust AI.
