To request an invitation letter, delegates should complete their registration and payment in full before submitting a formal request through the conference portal. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters within five business days of a verified request, ensuring that applicants have ample time to meet their institutional or funding deadlines ahead of the 2027 conference dates.
