- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 11th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science, participants may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your role as a registered delegate, speaker, or presenter, providing the authentication often required by travel and administrative bodies.
Invitation letters are generated exclusively for individuals who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, had their paper accepted through the peer review process. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and letters are typically dispatched within a defined processing window communicated at the time of registration. Attendees are advised to apply well in advance of any institutional or travel-related deadlines.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizers does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country. Applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications early and to consult official government resources for the most accurate and current entry requirements.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 11th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 11th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Computer Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity and Information Protection or Distributed Systems and Edge Platforms.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
