Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 14th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology, delegates may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference secretariat. This document confirms your participation status, outlines the conference dates and venue in Brampton, Canada, and provides the formal institutional details required by embassies and consular offices when processing travel documentation.
Invitation letters are prepared with care and personalised to reflect each registrant’s specific details, including their role as presenter, co-author, or attendee, as well as any accepted paper titles where applicable. Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days of registration confirmation, and delegates are encouraged to apply for any necessary travel documentation well in advance of the conference dates to avoid processing delays.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide an official invitation letter as a supporting document for your travel application, this letter is issued solely to confirm your participation in the conference and does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate of the destination country, and applicants are responsible for meeting all immigration requirements independently.

Call for Papers – 14th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology
The organizing committee warmly invites original submissions from researchers and practitioners whose work illuminates the intersections of African culture, society, identity, and transformation in the contemporary world. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All submitted abstracts and full papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by an international scientific committee comprising established scholars in African sociology, cultural studies, and related disciplines. Reviewers evaluate submissions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, theoretical contribution, and relevance to the conference themes, with detailed feedback provided to authors to support scholarly development.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
